Well, technically its not 'new', Nora got it for Christmas. But since Mom made it in an 18 month size I hadn't brought it out for Nora to wear until the other day. But it fits her great, though it will be big enough for a while that i think she'll get lots of use out of it next fall and winter.

Doesn't she look like a lifesaver? or package of starbursts?
